Most of our partner companies offer two payment models. The first is Cash on Delivery (COD), where customers make a small partial payment via credit or debit card at the time of booking, with the remaining balance paid in cash directly to the carrier upon delivery. The second option is Billing, where the full amount is charged to the customer's card upfront, eliminating any payment due at delivery.

Many of our partners offer a guaranteed pickup date. However, this typically requires booking in advance or careful planning. Please note that this service often comes at an additional cost.

Yes, your vehicle is covered by the carrier’s cargo insurance while in transit. The coverage amount depends on the carrier handling the shipment, and you can always request a copy of their policy for details. For open transport, coverage typically ranges between $100,000 and $250,000, while enclosed transport can go up to several million dollars, offering extra protection for high-value vehicles

Delivery times depend on the distance and route. Shorter routes (a few hundred miles) typically take 1–3 days, while cross-country shipments can take up to 7–10 days. Weather, traffic, and truck availability can also impact timing.

Open transport is the standard method, where vehicles are shipped on an open trailer, making it more affordable but exposed to weather and road debris. Enclosed transport offers extra protection by placing the vehicle inside a covered trailer, which is ideal for luxury, classic, or specialty cars. This is the earliest date your vehicle is ready for pickup. Once you submit a request, our companies work within a window (typically 1–5 business days) to find a truck that matches your route.

Door-to-door transport means the carrier picks up and delivers your vehicle as close to your provided addresses as possible. If the truck can’t access the exact locations due to restrictions, the driver will arrange a nearby meeting spot, like a parking lot or wide street.

It’s best to book at least one to two weeks in advance to secure the best rate and availability. If you need a guaranteed pickup date, booking even earlier is recommended.

Most of the companies are offering between 5-7 calendar days for the expiration period. However, if the quote expires, you can simply get back to us and create a new one.
